How to get there

You can park your car at the spacious parking Desguinlei. Walk 1 kilometer along the A. Goemaerelei, the Markgravelei and the Van Schoonbekestraat. However, be aware that on Fridays part of this square is used as a weekly market. Keep an eye on the prohibition signs because parked cars are often towed away.

When you park in the neighborhood of the van Schoonbekestraat it will cost you 3,80 Euro a day.

By train

Arriving at Antwerpen Central Station (“Centraal Station”), you could either take the metro or the bus:

Metro 2, 15 or 6: get on the metro at 'Diamant' metro station (just outside of the Central Station), with the direction Hoboken/Mortsel/Olympiade. You should get off at the fourth stop called 'Harmonie' (approximately 7 minutes). These lines depart regularly throughout the day.

When getting off the metro, go right and cross the Belgielei. Take the Mechelsesteenweg and keep on going straight until you arrive at the first traffic lights. At the crossroads on the left you will find the Van Schoonbekestraat.

There is also the option of getting off the train at Antwerpen-Berchem station and walk via the Boomgaardstraat and Mechelsesteenweg up until the Van Schoonbekestraat (approximately half an hour).Another option is to take bus line 30 from Antwerpen-Berchem which will take you in 7 minutes to Harmoniepark.

Intercity trains from Gent/Oostende stop at Antwerpen-Zuid: walking via the Desguinlei, the A. Goemaerelei, the Markgravelei up to the Van Schoonbekestraat is the quickest route.
